Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current at all times. Providing false information, particularly regarding your name, age, or identity, is a material breach of these Terms.
  • Not Self-Excluded: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme — whether through wenpkr or any third-party responsible gaming authority — at the time of registration or continued use.

wenpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wenpkr support will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Account Rules & Responsibilities

Once your wenpkr account is created and verified, the following rules apply at all times:

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wenpkr will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wenpkr support immediately at [email protected].
  • Personal Use Only: Your wenpkr account is strictly for your own personal use. You may not allow any other person to access, use, or operate your account on your behalf, nor may you operate an account on behalf of a third party.
  • Account Currency: wenpkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in PKR. wenpkr does not accept or display balances in any other currency.
  • Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wenpkr reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. No fee will reduce a balance below zero.
  • Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting wenpkr support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are settled, subject to KYC compliance.

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your gaming balance and will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable bank processing charges.

  • Source of Funds: All funds deposited to wenpkr must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. wenpkr reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Raast & 1LINK: wenpkr supports Pakistan's national instant payment infrastructure. Raast and 1LINK transactions are subject to the processing windows and limits set by the State Bank of Pakistan, which may vary from the timelines stated above.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

wenpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

  • Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.   • One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wenpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

  • Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's CNIC or payment details, or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wenpkr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your wenpkr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Decisions made by a player in the course of gaming activity — including decisions to place bets, increase stakes, or continue play — are made voluntarily by the player. wenpkr accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from a player's own gaming decisions.

Account Suspension & Termination

wenpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
  • Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct under Section 7.
  • Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
  • Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict or terminate the account.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), wenpkr reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the verified payment method on file following the completion of any required investigation. wenpkr will endeavour to complete all investigations within 30 business days.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wenpkr holds its international gaming licence.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, you must first contact wenpkr support at [email protected] and allow wenpkr a reasonable period (no less than 14 business days) to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.

  • Limitation Period: Any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms must be brought within 6 months of the date on which the claimant became aware (or should have become aware) of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
  • Language: These Terms are published and maintained in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
